1. How to Place an order?
~Add your favorite beauty products to your cart, once you've finished, simply click the "Check Out" button on the shopping cart page and we will guide you through the checkout process.
2. Where do you ship?
~We ship to all US States including PO Box address and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
3. When will you ship my order?
~ Lynne's Beauty Closet ship within 1-2 business days after you placed your order. If you placed your order on saturday or sunday, we will ship it on Tuesday or Wednesday.
4. When will I receive my order?
~ Once your order processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. You may track your order using our "Track Your Order" page. If your tracking number isn't working, please wait 2-3 days and try again. In most cases, your order is on the way, but the system information is delayed. We use USPS and UPS for all our shipping. For USPS first class package, it takes 3-5 days and priority it takes 2-3 business days. For UPS ground, it takes 3 to 7 days.
5. Can I cancel an order?
~Yes, Cancellations must be made within 12 hrs of order placement. Contact us via email, text or call and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hrs before the fund reflects on customer's bank account.
